DAY 3: I woke up at 7:00 and got ready to go to Delhi. My flight was at 9:00 to 11:00 and I had to reach the airport on time. So I got ready really quickly and ate cereal and milk for breakfast. I had pre-called a taxi driver so he can drop me off at the airport. I packed all my belongings and left my hotel at 8:00 and the taxi was already waiting for me. I reached the mumbai airport at 8:30 and checked in. I got on my plane at 8:50 and the flight was a little boring but, taking pictures was fun. At 11:30 I was out of the airport and I took a taxi to go to my hotel. The hotel I was staying at for the next two days is called the Imperial Hotel. This hotel is recognized as the top five star luxury hotels. As soon as I walked in the hotel at 12:30, the staff was really nice and friendly. The rooms were big and spacious and the their food was excellent. They also had a lot of restaurants to choose from. After I had unpacked my stuff and put them into their appropriate places I decided to take a nap because I was really tired. I didn’t get enough sleep from the night before. I went to go take a nap at 1:30 and woke up at 3:00. I woke up and went to the bathroom to wash my face. Then I went out to eat the street food in Delhi. I went at a local pani puri stand in Delhi. A pani-puri is like a fried crisp puri with spicy filling inside of it and it was really good. I got back to my hotel at 3:30 and decided to go do some shopping. So I went to the Khan Market in Delhi by taking a rickshaw. I bought a lot of clothes and jewelry from that mall. They had a lot of branded clothes there and you can get them tailored there. I got home from the market at 7:00 which is really late because I also went to shop at other places as well. When I got home I was already really tired because of all the shopping so, I just ordered some pizza from a pizza place called Sbarro. At 8:00 I went to bed because I was really tired and I had to be fresh for the next morning to go visit the Lotus Temple.
